Your worries create their own fulfillment. But you don't have
to worry about that, because you can let those worries go.
Your fears bring you closer toward whatever you fear. But do
not fear such a scenario, because you have the ability to
let those fears go.

Your thoughts do not end when you finish thinking them. They
continue to echo through your life in ways you may not even

So fill your mind with thoughts of gratitude for the
abundance you already enjoy. That abundance will most
certainly grow as a result.

When you feel doubt, or fear, or anger, or frustration, know
that you can let it go just as surely as you can pull your
hand away from a painful sensation. Keep your life focused
on the goodness, on the positive possibilities and on your
most treasured dreams.

What begins in your mind ends up in your life. Think
continually of the way you most would like to be, and your
reality will reliably fall in line.

Do One Thing

By Beau Henderson
With the arrival of a fresh new year come the big new plans, but here’s the thing: none of these plans are going to just happen by themselves.
In the same way that you plan for retirement, you must set aside time to create unique experiences. These will become your memories, and no other investment adds to your net worth quite like them. Memories incur no penalty, withdrawals can be made as early as the next day, and doing so only makes them stronger. What other asset can boast this kind of return?
Even if you are not a planner, you can begin doing something to create your own unique experiences as early as today.
Step #1: Write down your list. Start with 10 things. Places you’ve always wanted to see, things you’ve wanted to do, and the people you want to share these experiences with. I think of this A Bucket List, because these are the things you want to do before your time here on earth is over.
Step #2: Share your list. Talk about your plans. This creates energy. If it gets talked about, chances are more likely that it will happen. And it’s surprising the help that can come along the way!
Step #3: Do one thing. Don’t wait until you’ve been delivered a death sentence to start working on your bucket list! Recently, a colleague of mine expressed her desire to see Europe. She did one thing: picked up passport applications for her entire family. Twelve months later, they left for France.
It is very easy to do nothing, to let the days, weeks, and years slip on by. We all get busy, which is why I extend the following RichLife Challenge: Do 1 thing before 1pm tomorrow, that will bring you one step closer to achieving a dream experience.
Pick up an application! Bookmark a website! Register for a triathlon! Whatever it is, whatever the dream, DO ONE THING by ONE PM, and move yourself one-step closer to your definition of living rich. And since it is the holiday season and everyone is really busy, I’d really appreciate it if you would take just one minute, stop by Facebook let me know what you decided to do and how you feel it is going to add to your definition of living RICH!!
I am so committed to spreading the RichLife message that
I am having a special holiday contest to encourage you to share your own RichLife story.
At the stroke of midnight on December 24th, 2011,
I am giving away an i-pad as a Christmas gift!
To be eligible to win, all I am asking for a short, 2 – 3 minute video telling your RichLife Story by answering this one question:
"What are the things in your life that truly give it meaning?"

And for those of you who haven’t heard, the best part of this contest is that everyone wins! Everyone who enters, regardless if their video is chosen or not, will receive an autographed copy of my best-selling book,  "The RichLife – Ten Investments For True Wealth" as my way of saying thank you for living Rich and sharing your story with the world.
What is YOUR RichLife Story? Give it some thought, and when you’re ready to submit click here.

We are going to be sharing all the videos entered into the contest with our friends, readers, listeners and subscribers. When other people hear how your life has changed, when they hear how incorporating the 10 RichLife Investments for True Wealth has made a difference for you and your family, they can see the possibilities of a RichLife for themselves! This is truly a gift that will keep on giving for a long, long time. We hope your story will become a part of the RichLife legacy. I can't wait to hear from YOU!

And for those of you that are looking for a really terrific stocking stuffer that will really make a difference for the person who you give it to AND that won't break the piggy bank, why not give that special someone their very own copy of The RichLife for Christmas?

The RichLife is available for Kindle, Nook, iBooks and you can also find it at the Sony Reader Store!!

Love it!  I'm ready to write out my bucket list and in turn, start doing those things that I have always wanted to do. No more waiting…life is short.  Thanks for the motivation!

  2. Annemarie Cross on December 22, 2011 at 5:52 pm

An inspiring post Beau – thank you! I'm off to create my list AND to take action!

  3. Elvie Look on December 22, 2011 at 7:22 pm

So cute – my message with organizing… just do one thing. Great advice. I am already starting to think about my list. Thanks Beau.

  4. Donovan Grant on December 23, 2011 at 4:57 pm

Thanks for the inspiring message Beau. As a regular 'plate spinner' I definitely know that value of doing one thing from the list rather than trying to do them all. I'm going take heed to this great word! Cheers. Donovan
